Coastal Bedroom

This couple had had the same traditional bedroom set since the 90’s and it was time for a change. They had freshened the walls up with a medium gray, but were stuck as to where to go from there. She loves the feeling of being at the beach and asked me to bring that to their primary suite. When I showed her this atmospheric wallpaper, she was hooked. Next came the lovely embroidered side panels. The tall upholstered headboard offers just the right amount of drama and elegance. The textured bedding subtly weaves together the gray and blue hues of the color scheme. The botanical print on the king shams add a soft touch. The sand toned stone tops on the nightstands work perfectly with this seaside vibe. The graceful ceramic lamps add just the right accent and sparkle. The carved bench completes the scheme in this dreamy space.
